Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all orders placed on our website and is subject to the terms mentioned below.
Eligibility for Refund (Returns)
A refund is applicable only if:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and not removed or broken.
Exchange Policy
- We offer One time FREE exchange for size or color (subject to availability).
- Exchanges are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, the order will be processed as a refund as per the policy below.
Refund Method
- Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after a nominal refund processing fee of ₹100 per order.
- COD orders: Refunds are not credited to bank accounts. Instead:
- Eligible refund will be given as Gift card.
- A nominal processing fee (Return Charges ₹100) will be deducted before crediting.
- Gift Cards can be used for future orders on our website.
- Please be noted that the Gift Cards are Non-Transferable
- If the Order is Cancelled before the Order Confirmation email (on the same day the order is placed) the customer will get a full refund.
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- Free and full refunds are provided if the order is cancelled within order confirmation and before dispatch.
- No processing or convenience fee will be deducted in such cases.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as a Giftcards for COD orders, if applicable).
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear images.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
- No refund or convenience fee will be deducted in such cases.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes inspection.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Giftcards for COD orders will be credited immediately upon approval.
Policy Enforcement
- Products failing quality checks will be rejected and may be returned at the customer’s cost.
- Repeated COD refusals or misuse of returns may result in COD restriction.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
