Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered!
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange only if:
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and not removed or broken.
Items that cannot be returned include:
  • Products with removed/broken tags or hygiene seals
  • Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items (if specified on the product page)

Cancellations, Refund & Exchange Request

To Cancel the Orders, request refund or to exchange the order follow the below intructions

  • Goto My Account
  • Click on Claimable Products
  • Click on File a Claim for the order you want to Return / Exchange
  • Select from the following Returns and Exchange
  • Provide the Comment (Example: I would like to Cancel this Order)
  • Click Submit Claim
For Cancellations
  • Goto My Account
  • Click on Orders
  • Click on Cancel Request

The User will get the confirmation through the email

Exchange Policy

  • We offer One time FREE exchange for size or color (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, the order will be processed as a refund as per the policy below.

Refunds & COD Orders

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after a nominal refund processing fee of ₹100 per order.
  • COD orders: Refunds are not credited to bank accounts. Instead:
    • Eligible refund will be given as a Gift card.
    • A nominal processing fee (Return Charges ₹100) will be deducted before crediting.
    • Gift cards can be used for future orders on our website.
    • Please be noted that gift cards are Non-Transferable
  • If the Order is Cancelled before the Order Confirmation email (on the same day the order is placed) the customer will get a full refund.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or full store credit refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • For defective or wrong items, return shipping is free.

Conditions & Exceptions

  • Items without original tags or broken seals will not be accepted for return.
  • Items not meeting the above criteria may be rejected or returned at the customer’s cost.
  • We reserve the right to update the policy at any time; the version at purchase applies.
